Turn off voice control

My IPhone 6 works great. Until you put headphones in or blue tooth in the car, and then if it turns even 1 degree, on goes voice control. I realize that it needs to be available for 911 if you are hurt, but... please, tell me or make a simple way to kill that feature.

It may be picking up on your voice and mistakenly registering what is heard as "Hey Siri".

Try disabling that feature through Settings>General>Siri (Allow "Hey Siri" Off) and test again to see if it continues. If it goes away, and you wish to continue the use of this feature, try having Siri learn your voice again. Use Siri on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
